We offer

You an exciting opportunity to create and maintain a training structure supporting all colleagues in Damco FFW.

You will work in close cooperation with the global and District Managers and HR community and will include building a framework around what kind of training we standardize, who should be given what training when, and through which media/setup we conduct trainings.

Key responsibilities

• Build the training framework

• Embed the framework in the organization (in conjunction with relevant stakeholders)

• Ensure trainers are available and capable to execute the required trainings on an ongoing basis in all geographies

• Ensure alignment between global process and systems owners on how training materials needed for developing Damco FFW colleagues are developed and maintained

• Create visibility on education/certification by employee

We are looking for

• Experience with building and rolling out training programs, preferably having set up an academy like structure from scratch

• Collaborative and proactive attitude towards creating meaningful partnerships with the relevant internal and external stakeholders

Self-motivated and takes initiative. Can identify new ways to approach a situation or a program

• Passion for learning and development!
