HR Coordinator

What You’ll Do

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for HR administration, systems support, and payroll-related processes. Your work will include:

• Managing employee life-cycle transactions (hires, moves, exits) and maintaining accurate HR records
• Preparing documents such as offer letters, transfers, and promotion confirmations
• Supporting benefits processes, including leave management and vendor updates
• Preparing payroll inputs and ensuring correct time & attendance data
• Managing security roles, approvals, and reporting in HR systems
• Guiding employees and managers via email, phone, and our HR platforms
• Ensuring timely case resolution and contributing to a high-quality HR service experience

What You Bring

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people, and have a sharp eye for details. Ideally, you offer:

• Experience in HR administration, preferably in a multi-country or multicultural setting
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Fluency in English and Dutch (additional languages are an advantage)
• A customer-focused mindset and experience supporting employees and managers
