An opportunity exists in our Netherlands Sales organisation for an experienced sales leader looking to further their career in a hyper-growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment!

We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious Sales Manager who will play a key role in driving strategic business sales initiatives within the major accounts / Enterprise sector for the Netherlands region.

As Sales Leader, you will manage a team of highly visible and motivated Sales Executives in our expanding Netherlands sales operation that generates revenue and achieves individual, team and organisational quotas. Our culture is a pivotal element of our success at Salesforce, so your leadership will encompass strong energy, passion, and the ability to lead a dynamic workforce. Ideal candidates should possess solid business-to-business (B2B) sales and prior Enterprise Software sales management experience.

Your Impact:

  • Development of a growing and diverse team who are seen as trusted advisors to our customers and internal team members
  • Develop the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the team to increase our relevance and fuel the expansion of Salesforce across the region
  • Support Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
  • Manage a high performance team, including recruiting, hiring, and training
  • Build strong team unity, internal connections, and collaboration across the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Lead weekly forecast meetings
  • Drive pipeline generation initiatives to improve revenue generating opportunities for customer accounts
  • Mentor and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to ensure a high level of closure rates and opportunity identification
  • Engage at the C-level in customer organisations and leverage your existing C-level network
  • Ensure accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting
  • Consistently supervise and enhance the sales activities of the team
  • Be an enabler of an inclusive and winning team spirit

Required Skills:

  • Consistent track record in building and managing high performance teams
  • Ability to operate and navigate successfully in a matrix or multi-product sales environment
  • Experience selling transformational technology solutions to Enterprise customers
  • Previous experience in solution sales, especially Software, SaaS, or Cloud
  • Strong, demonstrated, and proven sales experience working with complex customers
  • People management experience (directly or via matrix)
  • A passion for building and growing a diverse team
  • Proven ability to create and inspire successful teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to inspire and build trusted relationships internally and externally
  • Passion for supporting team development
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • A self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment
