About this role

Interested in a role where your commercial strategy and product innovation directly amplify the entire JET ecosystem?

As our Global Head of Just Eat for Business (JETxB), you will be the Chief Architect responsible for elevating B2B into a scalable, margin-positive revenue pillar that fundamentally powers the core consumer flywheel. This role is not siloed; it requires fusing executive commercial leadership with intense collaboration across Tech, Product, Legal, Marketing and Country teams to launch B2B services that deepen partner relationships, increase order volume, and drive customer loyalty.

You will own the entire lifecycle of B2B success: defining the vision, building cutting-edge products, supporting countries to deliver their plan, and ensuring every B2B initiative strategically contributes to our B2C network effects. This is a foundational leadership role with massive, influential potential across the entire global organization.

We're looking for someone who can live our behaviours of lead, deliver and care, bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, and push for bold, creative solutions to drive the Just Eat UK vision forward.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Power the Consumer Flywheel: Define the JETxB agenda with a clear strategic focus on how corporate deals and B2B products (e.g., loyalty programs, corporate meal benefits) drive higher order frequency and density on our platform, directly strengthening the core consumer business.
  • Set Global JETxB Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term B2B agenda and translate this into a clear, executable roadmap. You will determine the most lucrative segments and the product-market fit for our B2B offerings to maximise JET's global value.
  • Build Cutting-Edge B2B Products: Drive the JETxB product strategy by working intensely with Tech and Product teams. You are responsible for conceptualising and championing the development of new, scalable B2B products (e.g., enterprise ordering systems) that embed JET deeper into our partners' operations.
  • Build & Scale JETxB Capabilities (in Partnership): Systematically design and implement the global B2B operating model, ensuring seamless collaboration with Legal for local compliance standardization and Tech/Product for robust, compliant feature deployment across all functions.
  • Coordinate Countries & Drive Alignment: Act as the central coordinator and key point of accountability for JETxB performance across all JET operating countries. You will orchestrate efforts and manage cross-country dependencies to ensure strategic execution is consistent and efficient.
  • Lead Performance Management: Design, implement, and lead the rigorous, data-driven performance management system for the B2B function, tracking key metrics for both B2B revenue and consumer impact (e.g., incremental orders, customer acquisition).
  • Manage & Win International Partnerships: Personally lead the end-to-end process for identifying, pitching, and negotiating Tier 1, multi-country corporate deals (average deal size $10M+). Secure deals by articulating the holistic value of our commercial, product, and consumer-amplifying offerings.
  • Develop and Lead a Team (The Future): You will directly manage, mentor, and scale a high-performance team of program/project managers and specialists, fostering a culture that deeply understands the interconnection between B2B success and consumer platform vitality.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Extensive leadership experience in General Management, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development within B2B software products/services, ideally in large matrix organizations. Experience within food/marketplace business is a plus.
  • Proven ability to define a commercial strategy and translate it into a clear roadmap of capabilities, effectively influencing senior Product, Legal, and Marketing roadmaps to support both short and long term goals.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort in discussing business performance, commercial roadmaps, partner development and long term strategies with country teams.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience successfully navigating and aligning goals across Commercial, Product, Tech, and Legal functions in a global organisation.
  • Independent thinker, proactive, able to see the big picture, think “one step ahead,” and comfortable creating clarity and structure in ambiguous, high-growth domains.
  • A great communicator and able to adapt to different audiences in a multinational environment across different functions.
