Lead a Transformation Program driving Quality, Compliance, and Standardization to improve customer experience. You will enhance agility and integration of critical processes across the organization to better serve customers and elevate Quality standards. This transformation journey is both exciting and challenging, offering significant visibility and the chance to make a real difference for employees and customers as we move towards organizational standardization and deliver innovative solutions. We are seeking an expert Program Manager with experience in the Medical Device Quality and Regulatory domain.

You are responsible for

  • Successful completion of the Quality and Compliance Program across the Image Guided Therapy Cluster, focusing on Standardization and Consolidation of Legal Manufacturer, Management, and Quality Management Systems.
  • Globally leading and managing the program across the cluster, collaborating with Management Teams, Site Leaders, Deployment Leads, and execution teams.
  • Managing strategy and program roadmap, resources, and budget to successfully meet cluster and business commitments.
  • Managing stakeholders with conflicting priorities in a complex organization to deliver results.
  • Leading, monitoring, and reporting on Program progress to various organizational levels.
  • Directing employees and providing operational guidance, both technically and organizationally. Building communication bridges and ensuring effective cross-functional implementation across the organization, working with both corporate and local businesses.
  • Developing and guiding the overall governance and program management structure for initiatives, transformation, and continuous improvement projects, including operating plans and ways of working using key project management tools (Risk Management Plan, Program/Project Plan, Schedule, Resource Plan, Daily Management, RACIs, etc.) to mitigate risks, provide clear direction, and ensure execution.
  • Ensuring transformation and continuous improvement projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the agreed-upon scope. You will work closely with process owners, functions, and initiative owners to deliver tools and standardized processes.

You will be part of the IGT Quality team and the global Philips Q&R organization, reporting to the IGT Quality PMO.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred, plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience in innovation, strategy, operations, or business environments.
  • Excellent process improvement/lean experience, with a track record of managing large, multi-site projects/programs within complex, cross-functional organizations and/or environments with several disciplines.
  • Experience in the medical device industry, with an understanding of Legal Manufacturers, Management, and Quality Management Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard Project Management and application of tools and techniques (MS Project, PMBOK), with the ability to execute continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Demonstrated change management and communication/interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication at multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to coordinate between different functions and ensure execution of integrated plans.
  • Experience in a large multinational company.
  • Ability to drive decision-making while concisely communicating detailed information and strategic decisions to project partners at all levels.
  • Experience leading and influencing teams in a virtual, global/multicultural, cross-functional, and multi-location matrixed organization.
  • Proactive and able to act on own initiative.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels regarding project approach, priorities, risk management, etc.
  • Ability to train, coach, and motivate people.
