Global Project Manager – SAP Systems

What You'll Do

Join us in shaping the future of large project execution at Hilti! As a Process/Project Manager, you will support the development and implementation of logistics and supply chain processes across the functional areas of Project Execution Management, Fulfilment, Material Management, Prefabrication and other areas. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the design, improvement, and standardization of end-to-end processes to increase efficiency, transparency, and performance in large project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across regions and business units to analyze current practices, identify bottlenecks, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on scalability, quality, and customer impact.
• Support global and regional teams in the rollout and adoption of best practices and process frameworks.
• Facilitate change management and ensure effective communication, training, and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Contribute to strategic planning by aligning process initiatives with broader business objectives and performance metrics.

What You’ll Bring

• Master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a global company, preferably with SAP ERP in the field of logistics, supply chain management, or digital transformation.
• A strong generalist mindset with the ability to understand and connect diverse functional areas within a complex project environment.
• Strong project management skills, with proven track record of driving change initiatives across matrix organizations.
• Proven experience in process development, optimization, and change implementation, ideally in a logistics, supply chain, or project-focused setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement and cross-team coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and align stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel globally (approximately 15-25% of working time).
