Come join us at Rituals as a Product Owner for Integrations and be part of our journey towards building a more efficient and effective data ecosystem. To enable Rituals’ growth ambition, we are reorganizing into a data product setup that will result in a more scalable and maintainable system. We are looking for a driven individual to support us in this endeavor. You will not only be joining as a Product Owner, but together with your colleagues in the Digital and Technology domains, you will be part of the Product Owner community that is shaping the Rituals product further.

As the Product Owner for Integrations, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of integrations across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow between critical business systems. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining existing operations and driving the migration from the legacy integration stack to modern integration technologies such as MuleSoft or GCP.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and continuously improve integration processes across our platforms.
  • Oversee the roadmap, backlog, and daily operations for MuleSoft integrations.
  • Ensure stability and continuity (KTLO – Keep The Lights On) of the BizTalk legacy platform.
  • Lead the migration from legacy platforms to modern integration solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, GCP).
  • Collaborate closely with your three team members to streamline processes and improve delivery.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and provide suggestions for process improvements.
  • Ensure all integration processes comply with company standards and relevant regulations.

Bring all of you

You have the right experience and mindset to succeed in this role. Specifically, you:

  • At least 5 years of experience in integration strategy, delivery, and governance.
  • Proven experience leading platform migrations (preferably from BizTalk to MuleSoft or GCP).
  • Solid understanding of data platforms and ingestion/integration architectures.
  • Have hands-on experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft or GCP; BizTalk knowledge is a plus.
  • Understand how data flows between systems and can translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
  • Can work closely with both technical teams (developers, architects) and business stakeholders.
  • Are comfortable managing competing priorities and driving complex projects to completion.
  • Have a solid grasp of integration governance, monitoring, and error handling.
  • Have experience working in Agile delivery, including backlog management and prioritization across multiple platforms.
