Your Mission

As Brand Activation Manager, you’ll bring our brands to life across the BeNeLux region — inspiring consumers, driving excitement, and making sure our snacks end up in as many hands (and mouths) as possible.

You’ll lead social media and influencer activations, community engagement, and experiential campaigns — creating unmissable moments that build love, awareness, and demand for KIND and Trü Frü.

Reporting to the H&W BeNeLux Market Acceleration Lead, you’ll shape and execute an annual plan that drives growth across key channels, with creativity, agility, and a healthy dose of entrepreneurial spirit.

What are your key responsibilities?

  • Bring our brands to life: Execute best-in-class activation plans across BeNeLux — from influencer campaigns to sampling and in-store experiences.
  • Be social (and smart): Manage local social media channels, creating content that’s relevant, engaging, and on-trend — especially on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Build communities: Nurture a passionate tribe of brand lovers through authentic, timely engagement that reflects our purpose and personality.
  • Create partnerships that pop: Source and manage influencer, brand, and PR collaborations that generate buzz and drive desirability.
  • Own experiences: Lead field marketing and experiential activations that get consumers talking — and tasting.
  • Measure and optimize: Track campaign performance, share learnings, and constantly find ways to raise the bar.
  • Manage budgets wisely: Maximize impact and ROI, ensuring every euro counts.

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing or brand activation, ideally with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong background in digital marketing — especially social media content, paid media, and community management.
  • Proven ability to identify, build, and manage influencer and brand partnerships.
  • Experience with field marketing or trade marketing is a plus — you know how to drive trial and visibility in-store.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential.
