To support us on our journey we’re looking to hire a People Officer within the People Team to help support the People Partner function.
The WorldFirst People Team play a key role in creating a company who develop amazing people, who achieve amazing things. The People team are integral to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment, where we recognise and reward high performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating growth opportunities and providing an awesome employee experience.
The role will be responsible for providing HR support primarily to the People Partner function, you will be one of the first points of contact for all our employees. This role will suit someone who is an experienced HR Administrator or has a strong administration background with exposure or interest in HR. The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable, amazingly organised with strong attention to detail.
