What you’ll do

As an intern, you will be an important player in our People team. Within the team, you will be actively involved in various recruitment activities, that are of current importance to the organization. You will have your

own responsibilities, and your opinion and ideas are taken seriously.

We’re growing rapidly, and the people team plays a central role in this. You’ll work side by side the senior recruiter, and close to HR so you’ll have a good opportunity to learn about everything we do as a team. For 2019 we’d really like a bigger focus on our employer brand, culture and EVP, we would really like to show our future colleagues what it’s really like to work here. There’s really two parts to this role, the hands-on aspect, the planning and scheduling, managing socials and then the project of researching or developing our employer brand strategy.

Your responsibilities as a Recruitment & Employer Brand Intern include but are not limited to

  • You’ll already have ideas around employer branding and how we can be seen as great employer
  • Posting on socials, help develop a process for where, what and when we post
  • Planning, scheduling and coordination interviews
  • Source candidates and create talent pools of hard to find candidates for hard to fill roles
  • Review and help update our current job post listings, share ideas for improvement
  • Project: Research Employer Brand, Culture and EVP, develop a strategy on how we can improve ours

Requirements

A bit about you

  • You’re looking to start an internship in June or September 2019
  • 2nd, 3rd or 4th year student at a University or University of Applied Sciences
  • Relevant studies are in business administration, International Business, Psychology or HR
  • You’re creative and a strong coordinator. You’re open minded, you like to share your ideas and can structure your thoughts well
  • You’re self-motivated, have a high attention to detail and you’re full of life
