An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Systems & Process Training Consultant for a 12 month FTC. This role can be based in either our Harrogate, Castleford or Dublin Office.

This is a pivotal role that will support our business with upcoming projects and the related training needs. This role will become the systems and process expert, identifying skill gaps and internal experts. First-rate communication and organisational skills will be used to scope systems and process requirements across different teams in our business. This role will be an integral part of new project teams helping to shape new processes and upskill users as part of the roll-out and into business-as-usual. This is an exciting and important role that has a company-wide reach, makes a real difference to our people’s work and provides opportunities for travel in the UK and Europe as CMS expands.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • At least two years’ experience of developing and delivering systems’ training in a commercial environment
  • Experience of developing online training materials and testing procedures
  • Experience of e-learning authoring e.g. Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, SAP WPB, Gomo etc.
  • Project management skills, experience of project-based work
  • Experience collaborating and communicating with people at all levels across a business
  • Experience within the technology or distribution industry advantageous
  • Knowledge & experience with WMS implementation advantageous
  • Proven ability to learn and understand new business processes and systems quickly
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Having a user-centric approach to training design, focusing on knowledge-transfer and user experience

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to the People Development Manager,this role will entail:
  • Support the rollout of upcoming MIS projects by liaising with key stakeholders to create and deliver training Collaborate with departments across the business to capture and log their systems and processes
  • Identify internal super-users or technical experts and collaborate to identify and prioritise technical training needs and skill-gaps
  • Develop a library of systems and process training materials to support learning through system changes, and for new starters
  • Playing an active role in the change-management process of IT systems
  • Logging attendees of training, and creating evaluation surveys to gather feedback Key Measures of Performance: Scoping of departmental training needs within given timelines
  • Quality of user-centric content created and quality of supporting materials
  • Feedback of training content created, or workshops delivered
  • Feedback from key stakeholders on project support and input
