Job Purpose and Summary
You’ll be reporting to a Sales Manager within Professional Print and Graphic Arts and will be working with and supporting a Senior Account Manager to develop and exploit additional business opportunities within a defined territory and within defined accounts. You’ll work towards the developing into taking a full quota bearing sales target.

You'll have the drive and passion to consistently achieve financial targets and your own key performance indicators (KPI), optimizing the use of Salesforce.com to regularly maintain accurate records of past and future activities, contacts and any relevant information. In addition you’ll provide accurate forecasting and strong opportunity / pipeline management to ensure all customer information is correct to include contact, call back, leads and opportunity management).
You’ll sell; Core Product to new and existing customers within selected accounts and territory and co-ordinate and engage with relevant internal or 3rd party stakeholders or support teams to support the customer and drive the business toward its objectives.
Involved in the development and running of customer and marketing events as part of the sales team, you’ll develop your knowledge of Canon’s products and services and those of the competitors to develop a complete understanding around benefits they could potentially deliver to new or existing customers and will work to generate leads and prospects.
Learning how to manage and own Customer Sales Cycles successfully, you’ll develop a strong understanding of the professional print markets including High End Colour Markets such as Design/Agency/Mktg/Other.
Responding quickly to requests from internal and external stakeholders to support business needs, you'll confidently provide regular account and sales activity updates to the Senior Account / Sales Manager.
You will interface with business customers, third party finishing companies and the software industry.
Self Development is important at Canon and you will be encouraged to take further training to develop your skills to you may need to become successful in the role with the support and guidance of your Team Leader.
