Intellectual Property ("IP") at Stephenson Harwood
This is a great opportunity for an associate to join the IP practice of a prestigious international law firm. The IP team is ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers legal guides. It is a young and growing team, with ambitions for greater growth both in London and Asia. The team acts for a number of high profile international clients such as GlaxoSmithKline Plc, UCB Pharma, easyGroup, Moet Hennessy, McDonalds, Richemont and Gap Inc. Members of the team have been involved in a number of reported decisions both before the UK and European Courts.
The successful candidate is likely to be in the 3-5 years PQE range with experience from a recognised IP group. The role will involve both contentious and standalone IP agreement work, such as IP licensing and R&D agreements. The role will also involve the full range of IP rights.
