Senior Operations Performance Manager

About the job

We are looking for a "Senior Operations Performance Manager" who will manage Operational Performance within the country basis (Turkey) for all categories. Track operational performance with industrial, logistics, planning, customer service, finance leaders by creating productivity opportunities. Set KPI targets, train, guide, and feed the teams with global, internal, and external best practices. Develop collaboration with cluster and global engineering partners to bring technological and digital tools and implement the ones creating productivity for local operations. Reports to Turkey transformation and logistics head.

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for controlling and managing operational KPIs (industrial, logistics, customer service, inventory, etc.) at a very detailed level.
• Ensure that the targeted KPIs are delivered in a timely manner.
• Analyze data and create productivity opportunities.
• Follow productivity projects and support the team to create new ones.
• Implement new operational technology systems, bringing best practices from zones and global to the country.
• Work closely with IT/OT, Capex, engineering, and excellence teams to create and install operational software solutions.
• Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities and realize them on the field.
• Track operational KPIs and create a collaborative environment with other departments to reach the targets.
• Search and execute analytical tools, systems to optimize industrial and logistics processes and costs.
• Create SOPs (standard operation procedures) and implement automation, digitalization, and new technologies where required.
• Track operational performance and guide and push the related teams for higher performance.

About you

• Minimum 7 years of working experience in supply chain operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in FMCG Operations.
• Working knowledge and experience in managing Operational KPIs in FMCG.
• 3+ years operating in a management capacity.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience, especially on digitalization and operational system restructuring.
• Knowledge of SC operational KPIs and able to monitor and improve them through analyzing metrics and data-driven decision making.
