Qualifications

  • University degree
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in applied psychology 
  • Prior consulting / professional services experience required
  • Full set of consulting skills, including interviewing, analysis, preparing and delivering presentations, etc. 
  • Strong project & stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication & distinctive interpersonal skills

Who You'll Work With

You’ll work closely with our Recruiting Assessment team and Firm Service Professionals (FSP) recruiting colleagues globally as well as the other FSP people function leads. You’ll be based in Amsterdam, Munich or Prague.

What You'll Do

You’ll continuously drive professionalizing the assessment process for all Firm Service Professionals (FSP) roles.

In this role you’ll continue the rollout of a new global FSP assessment framework and support the automatic tools and vendor relationships related to assessment. You’ll develop new assessment tools for some FSP roles, and you’ll understand and continue the work already completed to define the requirements for key FSP roles. Additionally, you’ll lead and manage 3rd party relationships for current and future acquired assessment products.

Among your other responsibilities will be leading and driving the interviewer training agenda across the FSP population – exploring alignment opportunities for interviewer training with Client Service Professionals (CSP) population.

You’ll also build a network of FSP assessment captains to push speed of global implementation by continuously training and coaching those recruiters.
