In this position you will be responsible for driving strategic, enterprise-wide sales initiatives. The Quip Account Executive will formulate and execute a Quip sales strategy within an assigned region, share intelligence and partner with the “core” sales teams to accelerate the sale, increase their competencies and to drive revenue growth in this area. This role provides a very competitive compensation plan with tremendous upside earnings potential.
Understand Salesforce Business, Technology and Non-Profit Model and Value
Partner with Salesforce Enterprise Business Unit to successfully distribute Quip through the Salesforce channel
Research and Understand the business direction and goals of the accounts as a whole
Formulate a Point of View on the value of the “new ways to work” as it relates to each of your Regions Customer/Prospects
Strategies and Account plan an approach for a “Big Bang” or a 'seed and growth” acquisition.
Drive results with a clear methodology and approach to opening and advancing pipe to successful closure
Create an executive network within accounts in territory
Build Project manage across multiple business units within accounts
Work with internal departments to coordinate resources to make account successful
Manage legal/procurement process to create scalable global agreements
Understand the technical aspects of our product quickly
Negotiate a large variety of sophisticated contracts
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
Significant experience gained selling enterprise software, ideally in the collaboration, productivity spa
Proven track recorded in Enterprise Sales in meeting and exceeding annual goals
Developed “Trusted Advisor” Relationship with accounts key stakeholder(s) and decision makers i.e. C-Suite
Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
Experience developing executive relationships internally and externally
Experience mapping internal and external (matrix management) resources to accounts
Understanding of corporate structures to guide business + legal discussions
Detailed account planning experience
Background of managing complex deal cycles
Strong business acumen
