As our intern for talent acquisition, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills within the local Amsterdam HR team. You will work in a fast-paced and international environment, in which you will have full ownership of our internship recruitment program in our Headquarters in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will partner with the HR Business Partners, Employer Branding team and Business Leaders to manage the internship recruitment process and support us in promoting Coty as an employer at universities, in-house events and career fairs. You will actively engage and build relationships with internal and external partners to create opportunities and visibility for Coty. Additionally, you will be preparing for, attending, and sometimes co-hosting these events and drive engagement internally and externally. Reporting and supporting to the HR Business Partner, your main focus:
  • Full ownership of the hiring process from start to end for all intern roles in Coty HQ.
  • From sourcing to interviewing, you will have full ownership of the intern recruitment process for different departments. You will bring all your ideas on the table on how we can further improve the process and reassure the best candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Main point of contact for hiring managers, you will be providing guidance on the recruitment process and support them in hiring young talented individuals.
  • Campus recruitment. You will be working closely with the employer branding team to promote Coty at universities by connecting with schools and relevant course leaders to advertise roles and attend relevant internal and external recruitment events.
  • Contribute to different employer branding initiatives and content creation.

You Are a Coty Fit

With your can-do mentality and creativity, you can drive internal and external engagement by telling our Coty story. Your excellent communication skills ensure you are able to work with stakeholders from different levels of seniority and recruit the best people for us. You also get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you;
  • Study a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Business management or related field.
  • Are a strong communicator with an eye for detail and can prioritize.
  • Have affinity with online marketing and can create appealing content relevant to our target audience (copy and visual).
  • Are a team player who is always looking for ways to improve.
  • Are fluent in English and preferably Dutch, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Are enrolled in a university for the whole duration of the internship.
Our preferred start date is in February/March 2025.
