  • Deliver weekly/monthly material requirement planning by SKU by vendor by plant thru working closely with production planning, demand forecasting, GP, plant buyers, QC and vendors;
  • Minimize material write-off cost and balance cost, service & quality via day-to-day monitoring and review ;
  • Quick response on projects and reflect those into weekly/monthly material planning to better support business growth;
  • Basic people management.

Responsibilities
  • Weekly Material Planning generation by SKU by plant by vendor based on weekly rolling FCST and production planning
  • Work out short term and long-term raw material and PKG material planning to fulfill manufacturing needs
  • Daily monitor and track material status to ensure on time delivery in full
  • Join in innovation project meetings and follow up all the material procurement plan to ensure new product timely launch
  • Fully support projects to timely adjust material plan, such as free tasting, MP, discontinuation, quality hold, packaging change, weigh out, etc.
  • Closely work with Supply Chain, GP and Plant buyers, vendors to minimize raw material and packaging material write-off cost
  • Material inventory control to balance cost and service as well as maximize the supply
  • KPI & report tracking, review and analysis for improvement
  • Monthly stock taking arrangement, adjustment &reporting
  • Deeper understand business needs to timely adjust material planning method or set up new method
  • Manage the conflict across the functions to ensure no impact on innovation launching
  • Think about the way to balance material stock against cash flow impact (DII)
  • Drive process continuous improvement to enhance MRP effectiveness & efficiency
  • Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve effective audit rating

Qualifications

Education:

  • University graduate
  • Major in Computer, Mathematics, Supply Chain or Logistics: At least 3 years experience on supply chain in FMCG industry

Language Proficiency:

Business English language capability

Computer Skill:

Knowledge on ERP software Fluent on Microsoft Office, especially for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
