We sell our products online directly to consumers and the hospitality industry. Our brand and communications team is looking for support to grow the Stoov brand internationally, with the most distinctive, creative and effective brand campaigns.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
As a BrandComms Marketeer, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to enhance our brand identity, improve communication with our target audience, and support online marketing initiatives for several countries. The ideal candidate is a hands on thinker, who gets things done, with deep understanding of branding and communication principles and experience in/with online marketing. You will also be in the lead for campaigning the Stoov story aligning all disciplines to organise the best output. You will report directly to the Director of Brand and Communications.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Skillset or experience in following fields:
> Develop and maintain a strong and consistent global brand identity that resonates with our target audience in different countries..
> Create brand guidelines and ensure they are followed across all marketing materials and communication channels.
> Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and industry trends, using this information to refine and evolve the brand
> Track our Brand KPI's across all countries and create plans together with country managers on efficient brand building
> Craft compelling and persuasive messaging that effectively communicates our brand's values and unique selling points.
> Develop and implement an efficient communication plan that spans various channels, including social media, email marketing, events, retail and public relations.
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
> Supportive role in media buying
>Work with online marketing team to create best performing assets for brand building and conversion
> Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign/asset effectiveness.
> Ensure all marketing materials, both online and offline, adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand image.
> Train and educate team members and stakeholders on brand standards and messaging.
