You are responsible for reviewing and approving the documents for the validation of computerized systems and equipment. You support the validation execution activities, and you ensure proper documentation and validation status according to our Quality Management System. This includes computerized system-, process- and cleaning validation of the equipment throughout the lifecycle. Responsibilities: • Review and approve validation documentation; • Maintain an accurate set of validation documents; • Review user, functional and technical specifications; • Process, Cleaning and System validation is key; • Develop test plans, monitor deliverables of testing phases and manage issues; • Review test scripts for functional testing, regression testing and load testing; • Participate in risk assessments for system development and system changes; • Participate in reviews in all phases of the equipment development cycle in a timely manner; • Contribute to overall commissioning, qualification and validation best practices, strategy and methodology; • Support Project and Operation teams in relation to CSV/CQV worldwide; • Support Change management, corrective action/preventive action (CAPA) and deviation procedures. KEY REQUIREMENTS • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering or Life Sciences; • 2-5 years of experience in equipment validation activities is a must; • Experience in computerized system validation is a plus; • Experience with OPEN+ work methods. (OPEN+ is the PMI lean-methodology to eliminate losses, build the necessary capabilities, take 100% ownership and achieve and maintain outstanding business results); • Strong communication skills, result oriented, technology and process acumen; • Fluent level of written and spoken English and Dutch (preferred).
