We are looking for an ambitious, and energetic Sales Team Lead to guide our B2B SaaS sales team in Amsterdam. This is an intermediate level position where we are looking for someone with some experience from B2B sales who also has a desire to develop themselves into a sales leadership role.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow within an international software company where you can put your sales skills into action and make a real impact on our sales and market share in the Netherlands. As the Team Lead, your main priorities are creating sales, leading the sales team, and further developing and scaling our business on the Dutch market. If you are a result-oriented team player who can create strong personal sales and inspire others to do their best, then you are the person we are looking for.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading operative sales and the local sales team
  • Reaching out to new B2B customers, booking meetings, and generating growth
  • Leading the entire sales process all the way from prospecting to closing the deals with the customer’s top decision makers
  • Building long-term customer relationships and supporting customer management processes
  • Scaling the sales team by actively participating in recruitments and mentoring new team members
  • Working together with the international Group Sales Management

Expectations:

  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Strong commercial mindset and general business understanding
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on attitude on all areas of leading the daily sales operations
  • Proven track record of successful sales results and true interest of leading the local sales team
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced and active environment
  • Strong drive of meeting and succeeding in your monthly and annual sales budget

Priority will be given to those with the right attitude and skills, as opposed to years of experience.

As a Sales Team Lead you are based full-time in Amsterdam. This is a hybrid role where the sales work is done both at the office and customer visits.
