Objectives of the internship

Your team? A dedicated team of > 15 professionals, such

as Client Service Managers, Officers and Electronic

Banking experts, who are responsible for servicing our

Large Corporate clients in regards to their international cash

management enquiries.

Example assignment:

1. Update and/or develop standard operation procedures

2. Redesign templates (communication)

3. Redesign & update client contact sheet

4. Develop e-mail merge package or rulebook

5. Develop client presentation service model

6. Etc.

Responsibilities:

You will start as a junior client service officer and will be

dealing with day to day enquires (via email/phone) such

as copy statements and/or signature checks and might be

ending your internship being responsible for a complete

end-to end process! Your dedicated buddy will give you the

necessary coaching as this internship could be your ticket to

meet our/your (international) Passion to Perform.

We offer:

An internship of 4/6 (preferred) months with a global bank

and a fair internship allowance

Competencies

1. Strong communication and writing skills

2. Excellent client focus with the ability to balance between

DB interest and client’s interest

3. Good organizational skills and a high attention to detail

4. Ability to work under pressure and to deliver to tight

internal and client deadlines.

5. Strong self-motivation, self-judgement and pro-active

attitude and approach.

Your Profile and background

1. Preferable a track record in Customer Service

2. Languages Dutch and English (fluent in writing and

speaking)

3. MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
