What will you be doing?

In the role of Internal Auditor, you have a company wide scope. Your tasks and responsibilities will be in large centered around audits on specific risks and controls. You will support the organization meeting its strategic objectives by validating and reviewing business processes, performing risk based audits and advising on risk mitigation plans.

Responsibilities:

Overall, you will be involved in:

• Planning, executing and reporting on TICO required audits - including J-SOX testing, Self Assessment Questionnaires or other Theme audits.

• Planning, executing and reporting on other engagements including risk based audits, forensic investigations, consulting projects and ad hoc requirements

• Reporting of audit findings, later shared with Audit and Risk Committees

• Annual Risk Assessment process - you will participate in annual evaluation of risks facing the organization, providing feedback to Head of Internal Audit and other stakeholders on risks identified during previous audit work.

• You will cooperate with other members of the Internal Audit Department in Vanderlande as well as in Toyota Industries Europe and TICO

• Execute, document and report any ad-hoc audits, investigations, or internal control reviews required by Top Management, our sister organization Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) or Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO)

In the role of Internal Auditor you will report to the Head of Internal Audit and Internal Controls. Your key stakeholders will be Audit Committee, Risk Committee, CFO, CEO as well as TICO and TIE audit teams.

What do we ask from you:

If you’re an experienced, enthusiastic and skilled Internal Auditor, you will bring:

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Accounting

• CIA certification or equivalent in working experience

• Around 5-8 years working in Finance or Internal Audit

• Experience in financial audits and internal controls

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; supported by strong communication skills - true business partner attitude

• Proactivity, hands on approach and entrepreneurial attitude that are necessary for this role

• Team player attitude, focused on collaboration and networking

• Excellent English language skills
