Rabobank is simplifying and modernizing the Credit Risk model landscape. Within Tribe Credit Analytics, our squads build new complex calculators used throughout the credit process chain.

The credit models are used in processes throughout the bank, from capital reporting to the regulator, to the selection of new customers and determination of the prices. We play a central role with our models.

In the area Provisioning & Reporting, we focus on our provision models and the stress test models. Together with the Area Architect, Tech Lead, our 12 DevOps teams and Product Owners, you will realize the architecture and delivery of the provision and stress testing models

You’ll have front running role in the next steps on architectural and therefore delivery of next quarter. On top of that, you have a controlling role on implementation of functional and technical designs. Part of the deal is manage deviations, which we need to guarantee delivery and improvement over time.

• 36 or 40 hours per week

• Our Tribe consists of 9 Area’s, 5 of them focus on the different portfolio areas.

• The Tribe Credit Analytics consists of almost 700 colleagues of which over 200 are Tech.

Top 3 responsibilities

• Communicate and explain credit risk models, model lifecycle processes to stakeholders.

• Translate business and IT requirements into functional and technical architectural designs for the target architecture as well as the intermediate architectures.

• Guide 3-5 of our high performing squads in their daily work.

You and your talent

In addition to these skill you should recognize yourself in below checklist:

• University Level education (bachelor or master) in a relevant direction (IT-Finance)

• Proven ability to act as a Solution Architect in a complex chain environment for combined business and IT implementation teams

• Experience in an IFRS Provisioning and/or stress testing

• Proven experience in guiding and coaching teams from an agile architecture perspective

• Good understanding of data management principles

• Practical experience with architecture methods and techniques

• Helicopter view, overseeing a wide domain and any consequences certain (design) decisions have

• Good communication skills to collaborate with squads, In control partners, colleague architects and other stakeholders in the organization

• You can easily adjust your communication to the level of your audience

• You have the ability to influence and persuade others with an open mindset

• Good English proficiency (both oral and written). Preferable also in Dutch.

• Must be working and living in the Netherlands for a number of years.
