Your Job

Als Teammanager Credit Management B2C bij VodafoneZiggo stuur jij het team aan dat werkzaam is voor de afdeling Loan Management & Financial Support. Ben jij de professionele gespreks- en sparringpartner waar mensen blij van worden? Die stevigheid biedt en doortastend leiding kan geven aan een team? Wij dagen je uit om op deze vacature te solliciteren.Jouw team bestaat uit 15 enthousiaste professionals die graag uitgedaagd worden en zijn verdeeld over 2 disciplines. Loan Management zorgt voor een snelle en correcte verwerking van alle toestelleningen. We verbeteren continu onze processen. Dit heeft het doel de operationele activiteiten goed, snel en efficiënt uit te voeren. Zo zorgen we dat we compliant blijven met wet- en regelgeving. Financial Support houdt zich bezig met rapportages en forecasting. Zij beheren bijvoorbeeld onze voorzieningen, kpi’s, budgetten en analyseren onze financiële resultaten.

What you bring to the job

Wat verder belangrijk is voor jouw functie:

• Je hebt hbo/academisch werk- en denkniveau
• Je hebt 2-5 jaar relevante leidinggevende werkervaring
• Je hebt sterke financiële en analytische vaardigheden
• Communicatief ben je ijzersterk, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels
• Je werkt deels vanuit huis en tenminste twee dagen op ons kantoor in Groningen
