Internship - Supplier Collaboration

The internship

• You will help us to introduce a brand new Supplier Collaboration Platform, which will digitally enable all interactions that we have with our suppliers, across the company
• You will play an instrumental role in moving the project from the drawing board to reality, ensuring a smooth landing of the new solution in our pilot Operating Companies
• You get to interact with a variety of stakeholders at our Head Office, in our local Operating Companies and at suppliers, to ensure the Supplier Collaboration solution delivers maximum business value
• You will be a part of our Digital Transformation Team, sitting in the Procurement Enablement department of HEINEKEN Global Procurement. You will be coached and supported by experienced team members, and work closely with colleagues in Procurement, Digital & Technology and with our external support partners.

The department

At Procurement Enablement we ensure that our teams in HEINEKEN Global Procurement are able to do what they do best: develop productive relationships with our suppliers, negotiate procurement agreements and ensure our business stakeholders are able to purchase what they need. The different teams within Procurement Enablement consist of subject matter experts in the fields of Digital Transformation, Sourcing, Contract Management, Governance and Compliance and Data & Analytics. The terms of employment

• Your starting date is 1 February 2024
• The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
• The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
• You are registered at a Dutch educational institution
• It is a practice-oriented internship
• You will be based in our Schiphol office
• You will receive an internship fee of €500 gross pm
• You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
• If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

The start of your internship
Together with a diverse group of interns from different departments you will start your internship at HEINEKEN. Together you will be introduced to the organization. Furthermore, you can organize fun activities with your fellow interns.
