About this role:

You’ll be the expert in providing Core HR Services to all employees within Just Eat Takeaway and support their full employee journey, including their onboarding and exit process, immigration details, etc. Furthermore, you'll help to address concerns and solve complex HR issues and exceptions to general policies in close collaboration with responsible HR Business Partners and Line Managers.

As we are in the midst of a large HR Transformation you will also be working in dedicated project teams to identify and implement process efficiencies and work on automation initiatives.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Guide and support the HR team in general day-to-day workload whilst taking on more complicated tasks relating to the employee lifecycle
• Continued data quality checks to ensure personnel records pertaining to benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, retirement, etc. are kept up to date
• Analysing and solving HR employment issues related to hiring, termination, contracts, retirement, etc.
• Partner with the business on people-related topics
• Manages as well as supports in HR Projects
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and work with other functions to design and implement enhancements
• Tier 2 SME support
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Provide advice and support with regard to development and maintenance of JET policies and procedures
• Partner with the HR Integration System team (HRIS) to drive adoption and raise Tickets with system action items, change requests, and areas for enhancement.
• Production of weekly and monthly reports for analysis of HR system data to ensure data integrity
• Keeping yourself informed about local employment legislation changes and updating the team accordingly

What will you bring to the table?

• At least 3 years of experience in HR
• Knowledge of employment and labor law in the Netherlands
• Demonstrated experience in leading and assisting HR team members
• End-User experience in Workday;
• Good business acumen with the ability to understand complex organisational structures and environments.
• Adaptability and flexibility are a must
• Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
• Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
• Fluent in English, (Fluent in Dutch is a plus)
