Main purpose of the job:

In your role as the eCommerce portfolio manager for F&R Netherlands you will be responsible of crafting and delivering our Design for eCommerce vision for Foods & Refreshments in the Netherlands with focus in 4 areas:

  • Crafting a future proof eCommerce portfolio fit for the needs of our growing business in the channel, based on insights and data analysis.
  • Brilliant brand experiences generation through the development of excellent content for our eCommerce portfolio
  • Demand generation plans to assure best traffic mix for performance & sales conversion
  • While doing so, act as a catalyst for knowledge and upskilling of the wider organization

You will be playing pivotal role in developing the eCommerce channel to reach our 2020 ambition by providing the perfect products for our consumers from a 6p’s perspective when they are in an online environment and ensure win-win situations with our customers. You will be in charge of the ideation, testing and deployment of multiple new business ideas to target new Food & Refreshments consumers with new assortment and content.

JOB SUMMARY

  • End to end ownership of eCommerce portfolio through mix, content & demand generation for F&R in NL
  • Working closely with Net Revenue Management and CMI teams and leveraging sales & trend data to fit existing assortment and ideate new offerings
  • Cross-functional collaboration with eCommerce, brand, Supply Chain, R&D to identify and ensure speed and quality in shaping the portfolio mix with new offerings
  • Own eCommerce content delivery and working alongside brand teams to brief eCommerce content requirements (imagery, descriptions, additional content, ratings & review) aligned to brand guidelines
  • Work with category digital lead & media teams to include eCommerce demand generation as part of media briefing, plans & activation
  • Act as a bridge between CD and marketing functions to ensure accurate & timely business reporting and decision making
  • Closing the loop within the organisation by sharing eCommerce and consumer feedback data (e.g. Ratings & reviews) through the supply chain/R&D layers
  • Best sharing practice within the category, the digital teams and the Global Team

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • You should be able to act as an entrepreneur and you are capable of making the difference building excellence for our eCommerce consumers, and always thinking commercially
  • You can communicate with impact & across different levels across the organization and are able to influence the organization as a performance marketing ambassador
  • You are comfortable with data analytics
  • Understanding of eCommerce channels & principles to win (omni-channel, pure players)
  • Delivery focused & solution finder
  • University Educated (preference: Technical Studies or econometric)
  • 3+ of eCommerce experience
  • Capable to manage large number of stakeholders at all levels within and outside the company
  • CPG experience
  • Digital experience
