You and your future

During this traineeship you will work on your career at Rabobank. You will be working on complex financial applications in the mortgage area. You will get a personalized training to get to know our development environment and systems. As a DevOps engineer in the Dexter’s Laboratory team you will be working on both front-end and back-end applications. You will learn all best practices from experienced developers within your team. And then? You will be able to further develop and enhance the mortgage applications that are used by our customers and Rabobank employees.

We offer you an 18 month long rich learning experience, while you advance your career towards an expert level in your field.

Your development

To become the specialist in your professional field, in the first 18 months you mainly attend training courses related directly to your specialism. The courses are often given by experienced colleagues or trainers with a track record.

You build your network, gain valuable experience and develop skills which will be of use to you later in your career. We also challenge you and other young professionals and trainees to work on various cases and challenges one day a week.
