Internship Traffic

As Helloprint's new Traffic Intern you contribute to one of the most important strategic themes of our business: Get our products on time to all our European customers. With thousands of daily packages sent from over 300 locations in Europe and 500.000 demanding customers who need their orders on time, this is a role for a driven worker who doesn’t back away from a challenging puzzle.

You will become part of the Traffic team, an impactful team of 4 that works closely with Customer Service, the suppliers and the Supply Chain Team. Together you'll make sure to continuously optimize the carrier performance with the aim of delivering orders to customers as effectively and efficiently as possible.

During your first two weeks, we will provide thorough training on Helloprint’s Customer Experience. This program will cover various aspects such as our culture and strategic direction, communication guidelines, the systems we use, and the wide range of products we offer. By the end of this training, you will have a good understanding of how Helloprint operates, enabling you to make a significant impact within the Traffic team.

What you do:

• Collaborating closely with our dedicated Customer Service and Suppliers teams, addressing inquiries regarding complaints, order statuses, cancellations, expediting requests, and a wide range of other questions, ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout their journey.
• Taking proactive measures to prevent order delays, ensuring a smooth and efficient process;
• Facilitating seamless coordination of Pickups with our suppliers and customers;
• Organising the returned orders at our facilities, guaranteeing that all orders are resent promptly to our customers;
• Adapting and redirecting orders to alternative suppliers in the event of any unforeseen challenges, ensuring uninterrupted service;

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

• A student following a Bachelor's or Master's program in the direction of Logistics, Supply Chain or something similar; Please note, it is a requirement to be registered with a study program during the entire internship period!
• Availability of at least 5 months (20 weeks);
• You are available for a full time internship 39h/week - 5 days a week);
• Experience or previous internships in the Logistics field will be a plus!;
• You are independent and have a proactive attitude and think outside of the box;
• You are a real team player and true addition to our great team;
