The HEINEKEN E-Business team is where product teams, Global Sales, Digital & Technology, as well as our Operating Companies work together in an agile way, break through classical silos and adopt new ways of working.

We are currently building and shaping a fairly new internal digital design team and we are looking for someone who is able to bring in their critical thinking, out of the box thinking, share their design passion, creativity and experience.

Your role at HEINEKEN

As a Product Designer at HEINEKEN, you will play a key role in translating data &insights, execute user research and apply best practices into intuitive and easy to use experiences that increase user adoption and drive value to better serve our customers.

In January we have launched our new B2B brand which will need to be rolled out across 35+ countries in the next 2-3 years. As we speak we're building our very first design system which will be the starting point for the eazle re-branding experience. As for now all countries have their own branding, look & feel and slight different digital experiences. Being part of such a transformation must be a dream for many product designers who love to build things from scratch.

You will play a key role supporting our design system team to shape the perfect customer experience for all coming MVP and post MVP experiences for all countries across the globe. You will create, validate & iterate in an iterative cycle to make sure the design efforts will meet both customers' needs, business goals and technical feasibility.

For this role we're looking for someone who is not afraid to work in a dynamic environment, who enjoys to explore the bigger picture, but also has an eye for detail. You’re a strong communicator and storyteller; someone that knows how to convince their stakeholders and to push the status quo.

Things you will be working on:

  • Gathering insights from keycountries to fully understand current customer problems and challenges.
  • Shaping "new" experiences to challenge the status quo
  • Co-create with our design system designers to shape the perfect customer experience together.
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative research to gain insights in the needs & behaviours of our customers

Do you have what it takes?

We are looking for someone with an agile mindset who can easily work in changing conditions and collaborate with various people, cultures and stakeholder levels. For this role, in particular, we are hoping to find someone who thinks out of the box, is flexible and open to new adventures who loves to shape (new) concepts with an eye for details.

Skills, talents & requirements

  • Self motivated, flexible team player, comfortable with leading through ambiguity.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in UX and Product Design in a Digital, Agile (scale-up or agency) environment
  • A strong portfolio that shows your design skills and demonstrates your entire design process
  • Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research including usability testing, analytics, user interviews, and A/B testing.
  • Experience at a foods or consumer goods company or a global role
  • An expert with Figma.
  • Bachelor / Master degree in Design
  • Perfect English writing and speaking skills
