We are looking for a Business Analyst who will help us undertake deep dive analysis work as part of the many projects we carry out as part of CBRE’s digital strategy.

What will you be doing?

As a Business Analyst you will be part of the Digital & Tech team. It will be your job to support the business teams in the Nordics region (Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark) how they can optimize their usage of the different systems, including organizing training and discovery sessions, but you’ll also attend the several international product calls to see what the future will bring and discuss with the business how useful it will be and lead the implementation. You have great communicative skills to achieve this and enjoy being the link between teams to improve and optimize processes.

You will be in touch daily with both Digital & Tech and Business colleagues from several countries in Europe. Additionally, you will partner up with the local stakeholders to support them with current functionalities, but also to help shape which requirements are needed in order to succeed in implementation and adoption. Anything from reports and dashboards to more specialized demo’s in helping the business getting the best out of the systems. You also work closely with your other colleagues in the Digital & Tech team and the Customer Success Management Team, who are responsible for other European Countries. Together with the teams you will be helping to make an impact on our mission of being a data driven organization. Your insights will help how analytics can be used to drive the business.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have knowledge about IT systems and processes;
  • You have experience in setting priorities and requirements of functional design;

We can also offer you as (young) professional extensive opportunities to develop your managerial qualities on the one hand, while on the other hand evolving as specialist (thought leadership) through our collective training program, the CBRE Academy, but also via individual coaching opportunities. Hereby providing you with the opportunity to create an added value for our company but also for your own career.

What else do we offer you:

You will be based in Amsterdam and be part of the Digital & Tech team. Besides this you will be working very closely with the Customer Success Management team which is also part of the Continental Europe organization and is responsible for the rollout and adoption of serval tools in the organization. On the other hand you’ll work closely with the several business teams in the Nordic region, but this is on a remote basis.
