This event marketing internship will give you the opportunity to support the “MKT-Events” department. You will be able to experience various marketing roles across different business sectors within TomTom, overlooking virtually all B2B and B2C events as well as internal events.

The impact you'll make

  • Participate in live and studio recording production operations including stage setup, camera and video switcher operation, audio mixing, equipment maintenance and media management
  • Help to plan, create and manage webinars for different business units within TomTom
  • Be present during events for hands on operational tasks, to make an event a success
  • Analyze the data we've gathered from the events
  • Work autonomously on some specific projects you will be fully responsible for
  • Cooperate closely with the marketing team to create the design and branding for virtual and hybrid events

What you'll need

  • You should be enrolled as a full-time student for the entire duration of the internship
  • You have an EU citizenship or enrolment in a Dutch university due to work permit regulations
  • You are available to start 1st of August
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Interested in the latest production tools and technology for hybrid events
  • Proactive, hands-on, problem-solving attitude
  • A creative mind, with the ability to think out-of-the-box
  • Be able to create innovative experiences while ensuring consistency with the TomTom strategy and brand
