We are a high-growth startup seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist intern who is passionate to learn about B2B Commerce and kickstart their career!

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic talent to join our team in Amsterdam. Orderchamp is a fast-growing wholesale marketplace that connects independent retailers with unique and sustainable brands from all over Europe. As a Customer Support Specialist intern, you will be responsible for providing the best customer service to our Dutch-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone. You will help customers with their inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, you will navigate the performance of our brands with the help of different tools like Zendesk and Loom.

So what else is there! In addition to the technical part of the role, at Orderchamp we believe that every role plays a critical part in shaping our customers' experiences. You will be working side by side with the people from Sales, Product, Finance and Tech Support. We want you to escalate critical issues to other teams and collaborate with them to come up with the best solution for our brands and retailers. Meaning, you will have the unique opportunity to work with different departments and discover various positions that directly impact our customers' experience. This experience will not only help you develop a broad skill set in customer service but also expose you to potential career paths for the future in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Academic student;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch;
  • Interest in the eCommerce/ retail/ wholesale industry;
  • Asset: Experience with customer facing activities;
  • Great time management & organizational skills.

  • Process customer requests on the phone, via email or live chat;
  • Help & educate our new customers on Orderchamp’s back-office functionality and performance expectations;
  • Perform basic-level troubleshooting for order management, invoicing and general questions assistance
  • Demonstrate consistency & reliability in handling your work and your attendance;
  • Provide exceptional customer service. Every day. For all customers.
