The main purpose of the team is to attract, recruit, develop and retain Early Talents within Mars in Europe. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the recruitment of our future Interns and Graduates (mainly in the Netherlands, and possibly other countries in Europe), but also to work on different Early Talent projects, so that our early talents have the opportunity to live a unique adventure - and in doing so contribute to our regional strategy to build and grow our early talent pipeline and enhance our employer reputation.

What are we looking for?

• Strong written, oral and listening skills in English and Dutch.
• Ability to communicate with all levels including management and external parties.
• Experience and confidence using Microsoft programs - Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint
• Experience working in a highly collaborative team environment – strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work alone and independently when required.
• Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Manage Early Talent attraction and recruitment process:
• You are responsible for posting the various internship and/or graduate trainee opportunities in Europe on our website and other 3rd party sites.You will pre-select the best profiles (conducting telephone interviews and reviewing Digital Interviews), acting as guardian of our recruitment process and culture as you propose a strong candidate shortlist to the business.
• Support Digital, Campus & Events Activity:
• You work closely with the Employer Reputation European team to deploy visible and attractive campaigns via digital, social and campus channels that drive awareness of the various Early Talent programs and drive increased applications. You will work closely with the Employer Reputation Specialist and campus teams to organize Career fairs and events that drive increased awareness of the programmes and roles we have on offer. You take part in events that promote Mars and opportunities to students and graduates.
• Projects
• You'll have the opportunity to take part in different projects, such as: The application of Onboarding & development Programs, the application of internship evaluation processes, boosting efficiency of our recruitment processes and tools and the development of reputation building campaigns with the Employer Reputation Team. Which will make the role varied and meaningful to support your development in core HR and Recruitment best practice
