Intel's Retail Solutions Division (RSD) is looking for a highly motivated marketing intern to undertake a 13 month placement beginning July 2019, targeted at students looking for industrial placements as year 3 of their degree.
In this position your role is primarily to assist the team in a wide range of technical and non-technical activities, including project management, customer training, event co-ordination, demo sourcing and preparation and a wide range of ad-hoc projects and research activities.
You will work closely with our international stakeholders, customers, partners and internal sales and marketing teams whilst gaining fresh and diverse experience of Intel based technologies in the Retail (and related) sectors. These are primarily embedded computing, computer vision, artificial intelligence, analytics, point of sale, digital signage, interactive kiosks and supporting technologies in the field.
This is a 13 month fixed-term placement suitable for students currently studying a degree course in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Business Studies, International Business, or similar subjects, and is targeted at 2nd year students enrolled in a 4 years bachelor's degree which includes a year in industry.
