Due to expansion of activities at Mizuno Corporation EMEA we're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Digital team.

About the job

Based on the EMEA strategy, you help develop and execute all sorts of plans for the Mizuno social media channels. You come up with ideas for the activation on our social media channels to then execute them and achieve the set objectives according to our Marketing Strategy. You will work closely with specialists from the EMEA (Digital) Marketing team, E-commerce team, local marketing teams in the EMEA region as well as our external partners.

About you

In this exciting job you will be responsible for

Management of owned social media channels and creation of monthly plans based on the digital marketing calendar.

Contribute to the creation and execution of the digital strategy and take the lead on certain strategic goals.

Manage the social media budget in cooperation with our digital agency and experiment with new advertising possibilities.

Report to and alignment with stakeholders and market offices on our owned, earned, and paid media efforts.

Brief digital agency on our monthly plans (organic and paid) and maintain close contact to ensure a quality delivery.

Put social first content at the heart of the creation process working with our creative agencies and digital agencies according to our social media strategy.

Respond to all questions and comments on all our social media channels: webcare and community management related.

Help create, distribute, improve, and protect the social media guidelines on an EMEA level and support local markets where necessary.

Further development of our social footprint in reach and quality according to the strategy and brand values of Mizuno.

Keep up to date on the social landscape and come up with initiatives to improve our social footprint such as trying new advertising possibilities, changes in algorithm within a specific channel and/or experiment with new channels.

Further improve the collaboration with the E-commerce team and help enhance overall brand experience and safeguard the full customer journey.

Play an active role in the digital transformation of Mizuno from a EMEA perspective by sharing knowledge and fact-based insights of our business.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has/is:

Higher education / University degree in Marketing, Communications or Commercial Business or similar.

Passionate about sports.

Skilled about Social Media Management (back and front end).

Mastering English language, written is key.

Able to work with Photoshop/InDesign.

Willing to learn and share ideas.

Eligible to work in The Netherlands, available within 1-2 months
