What impact will you make?

As a (Senior) Manager Cyber Digital Identity (IAM) you will contribute to the growing team of Cyber IAM professionals. In this role your focus will be on the IAM domain, and you will be able to discuss with clients on issues surrounding IAM with regards to the client environment and supervise projects with clients in which improvements in the IAM field are realised.

How do you do this?

As a (senior) manager customer-focused Digital Identity you will:

• shape and develop market propositions related to Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)
• identify and lead CIAM opportunities;
• develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to account planning;
• help clients shape their CIAM strategy, programs, projects and deliverables;
• oversee the execution of assignments on an operational level, while maintaining the outstanding quality of work that is expected from Deloitte;
• coach team members on professional skills and industry knowledge;
• build relationships throughout Deloitte related to CIAM and your industry focus;
• foster relationships with vendors;
• continuously develop your own skills and CIAM knowledge

Be the true you

• you feel at home in an environment that is purpose led and you are a promoter of our values;
• you have experience in the field of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), and ideally in the Financial Services or Consumer industry;
• you have strong knowledge of CIAM concepts (eg. Identity proofing, progressive profiling, authentication) and related processes
• you are familiar with market leading CIAM solutions such as Okta, Auth0 and ForgeRock
• an understanding of the connections of Digital Identity with subjects such as cyber security, privacy, user experience, digital transformation, business benefits, data, cloud and digital ethics;
• an entrepreneurial spirit;
• strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage diverse teams;
• experience in program, project and financial management of (C)IAM projects;
• strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude, including the ability to develop relationships with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds;
• intrinsic drive to personally develop and to help other people to develop as well;
• professional level of written and spoken English. Being able to write and speak Dutch at a professional level is a plus.
