Internship Marketing - Studio Traffic Management

As of September 2023 our Marketing Team at the head office in Hilversum (close to Amsterdam) is looking for a passionate Studio Traffic Management intern. You’ll run through our “Best internship in Retail” and learn on the job while support the team with following:

• Assist traffic manager with planning the campaign calendar
• Assist with managing project timelines from start to finish
• Support with maintaining and logging the status of all future and live projects
• Maintaining and keeping an overview of the status of all future and live projects
• Making sure the briefings are complete and clear for the designers for specific marketing tools like advertising for magazines, social banners, in store POS materials, vouchers, billboards, posters etc
• Monitoring the planning and ensure timelines are being followed and manage expectations around delays
• Working together with a great team of in-house creative art directors, graphic designers, dtp-ers, project managers and freelancers
• Contact person for different departments within Hunkemöller HQ, countries Head Offices and external suppliers

Your Profile:

• You are passionate about Communications and Fashion
• You like to structure and plan things
• Project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize
• Critical eye for creative work and great sense for graphic and design
• Positive attitude, good team player, reliable, focused on deliverables
• In your related Bachelor/HBO level studies, preferable with the focus on Communication you already finished your first semester
• Fluent in English
