Internship Facility Management

As of September 2023 our Facility Department at the headoffice in Hilversum (close to Amsterdam) is looking for a passionate Facility Management intern. The Facilities Management intern will support the facilities manager in all day to day issues and will also complete special projects for school and for Hunkemöller. You’ll work with a small team to carry out all shared tasks.

You’ll help with our team’s daily tasks by:

• Ordering office supplies for (overseas) stores and HQ
• Prepare shipments for international franchise
• Check invoices for accuracy and accounting
• Carry out analysis across several areas of the department
• Assistance in repro and courier services
• Attend meetings with business partners
• Update of internal FM manual
• Plan office movements, as applicable

The Perfect candidate needs to be a true Hunkemöller fan and…

• Is currently enrolled in an HBO facility management studies, ideally in the 2nd or 3rd year
• Can work independently and is able to deliver without detailed instructions.
• Fluently Dutch required. Has good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
