Internship Buying - Compliance & Sustainability

As of September 2023, our Buying Department at the head office in Hilversum (close to Amsterdam) is looking for a passionate Compliance & Sustainability intern. Within these dynamic departments we strive for sustainable innovations while following the latest product legislations, so our Shero receives the best items. Your potential tasks:

• Monitoring chemical & physical product testing
• Working together with the packaging team on the development of sustainable product packaging, labels, and tags
• Reviewing all new products, systems, or processes to enable sustainability practices
• Supporting certification process sustainable products and packaging
• Optimizing and/or developing new internal policies and procedures to maintain compliance
• Assisting the buying department with orders, sample management, product communication to stores, and more!

Our ideal candidate:

• Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• Passionate about sustainable products
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Interested in learning more about legal requirements, documentation, and procedures.
• Great oral and written skills (fluent in English)
• HBO / Bachelor or Master level (Bachelor’s in (fashion) business management, Bachelor’s in Environmental Law, or a related field)
