Within our international head office you can be creative, unique and really get involved in the decision-making process! As of September 2023 our HR department at the head office in Hilversum (close to Amsterdam) is looking for passionate Global HR Projects & Employer Branding Intern. You will be focusing on different projects with the aim to increasing awareness for Hunkemöller as a top employer on several social media channels. Are you currently studying and looking for an interesting internship as the perfect combination between HR and Marketing / Social Media at our expanding, international Retail Brand? You’ll be the brains & creative mind behind our Employer Branding social media channels. This requires a true self-starter who really lives & breaths social media and has an absolute strong sense for great, on-brand content!

You’ll run through our “Best internship in Retail” and learn on the job while support the team with following:

  • Global Recruitment projects related to our Recruitment & sourcing strategy, Employer Branding, analytics or referral
  • Support in the Recruitment for our “Best internship in Retail”
  • Present Hunkemöller as a top employer on several Social Media Channels
  • Ensure a smooth workflow when updating new content to the provided tool
  • Provide briefings for our employees to assure consistent content & think of new content Ideas with an open eye for upcoming social trends
  • Strategic planning of social content provided by our (s)heroes
  • Be creative: Design the Instagram feed of our employer branding page to ensure the corporate design with a personal touch

YOUR PROFILE:

  • 3rd or 4th year student of a Retail/HR/Marketing related study, within your Bachelors (HBO) or Masters studies
  • Absolute passion for social channels, trends & content
  • Excellent English skills, one additional language from one of our key markets would be a plus!
  • You need to be able to deal with deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Pro-active, takes initiative & creative
  • Has a ‘get things done' mentality
  • Is service oriented and likes to work in a flexible environment
  • You know what instagrammable means and have an eye for the detail

The ideal candidate is a fan of Hunkemöller and a real Brand Ambassador, with high interest in HR topics. The work environment is high paced, performance driven and fun. You also need to be structured, determined, persuasive and a good communicator.
