As of September 2023 our Global Recruitment team in Hilversum (close to Amsterdam) is looking for passionate Corporate Recruitment intern. You will be focusing on the recruitment process for our HQ and provide an excellent candidate experience, especially for our new interns starting next round. You’ll run through our “Best internship in Retail” and learn on the job while support the team with following:

• Corporate Recruitment with the aim to support hiring managers in hiring processes from A-Z
• Recruitment reporting on local and global level, incl. analytics and improvement advise
• Ownership for the Recruitment for our “Best internship in Retail” for our int. HQ
• Daily contact with candidates and hiring managers to deliver our best Recruitment “World Class Service”
• For our “Best internship in Retail” you’ll support in running the trainings & activities for your fellow interns
• Join global & local Recruitment projects with the aim to either improve processes & procedures, candidate experience or hiring manager cooperation

YOUR PROFILE:

The ideal candidate is a fan of Hunkemöller and a real Brand Ambassador, with high interest in HR topics. The work environment is high paced, performance driven and fun. You also need to be structured, determined, persuasive and a good communicator. Most important is that you’re as passionate as we are to find the best candidates to join our amazing brand! As we truly live our credo “Hire for attitude & train for skills”. Besides, you should be/have:

• Bachelors (HBO) or Masters student that ideally gained first experience during HR or project management internships/apprenticeships/jobs
• Good verbal and written communicative skills in English
• A true spider in the web: well organized, pro-active and have a true can-do mentality
• You are passionate about HR and people
