Will you become our new Quality Systems Lead?

As a quality systems lead, you are the first point of contact for our customers about quality-related matters. In addition, you offer support to the program teams with respect to securing customer requirements within the Fokker Quality System. In this position, you report functionally and hierarchically to the Quality System Manager and operationally to various program managers. You will work in a small team with a Quality System Manager, QMS/BMS configuration lead and 2 QA Auditors.

For this position, it is a must to have a good understanding of the Dutch and English language.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitator in first time right resolutions of customer complaints (SPOC for customer)
  • Quality voice of the customer (interface between programs/operations/supply chain and quality systems, with the benefit that risks and opportunities can directly be communicated and translated in the site BMS/quality system audits)
  • Set-up QAP’s for new programs/update current old versions
  • Yearly check QAP’s on changed customer requirements
  • Guide customer audits on site, preparations in combination with the QS auditor
  • Facilitate customer compliance
  • Connecting programs with quality systems department for 3rd party audits
  • Set up a consistent compliance matrix as input for the FAI’s for all programs
  • Facilitate Quality requirements for new programs in line with applicable site BMS

Job Qualifications

  • At least completed, relevant HBO Education, supplemented with recognized qualifications in Business Management and / or Quality Management
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the aerospace industry and customer specific requirements for quality management (ISO9001 / AS9100, AQAP2100 and related standards)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of aerospace laws and regulations and standards such as EASA21, FAA, AIQG
  • Demonstrable knowledge in setting up Quality Assurance Plans, translating customer requirements into own procedures.
  • Knowledge of Business processes, products and applied technology
  • Dutch and English language (both spoken and written)

  • The gross monthly salary will depend on your knowledge and working experience. We work with a junior, medior and senior scale, the medior scale for this position: L1 4530,- / 5.467,-
