For our Hospitality team we are looking for a sociable, enthusiastic and professional Front of House Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients (both internal and external) and all our visitors
  • Answering, screening and forwarding telephone calls and/or taking messages of the same
  • Assigning hospitality rooms and coordinate all services to run meetings and events smoothly
  • Liaising with suppliers such as florists and external caterers
  • Assisting with service operations management and handling complaints and requests
  • Assisting with travel and accommodation bookings
  • Arranging courier services (typically with a high level of urgency)
  • Cooperating and collaborating with other (Operations team) colleagues

Characteristics and Skills

  • Professional and hospitable attitude
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Trustworthy and able to handle highly confidential information
  • Remains calm and sensible under pressure
  • Have an eagerness to learn and be willing to go the extra mile
  • Flexible and be able to work in shifts between 8:00h and 20:00h

Experience required

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both Dutch and English
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point en Excel)
  • Be in possession of a valid basic ERO (BHV) certificate or willing to take the exam
  • Experience in working at a professional services organization and/or law firm is a plus
