Responsibilities

• Gather a fundamental understanding of Maverick Derivatives, the various roles in the business, and the position-specific requirements;
• Support the establishment and optimization of the firm’s recruitment processes globally;
• Coach stakeholders through the recruitment process;
• Collaborate closely with other departments in planning/coordinating interviews and other recruitment activities;
• Represent the firm at networking events (University events, conferences, workshops, etc.);
• Support the exciting growth at Maverick Derivatives.

The interview process

• Aptitude assessment (Duration: 15 minutes);
• Introductory interview (Duration: 20 minutes);
• Interview with Growth Strategist (Duration: 60 minutes);
• Recruitment Case (Duration: 45 minutes);
• Interview with (future) colleagues (Duration: 45 minutes).
