Community Intern (Summer Internship)

That is where CIRCLE CLOSET comes in. It is our mission to make people buy less, use the clothes we already have and change the fashion industry for good. At CC you can rent the most beautiful designer items - like Ganni, Isabel Marant, Jacquemus & more – for your next party AND you can lend out your unworn items and earn money. Great for your bank balance, your closet space and of course our dear earth. And we swear you will get a lot of compliments about your stunning outfit! Are you sold; we mean rented… on the idea yet?

With our small, young, and thriving team we’re dressing hundreds of women in the Netherlands. Our HQ is based in the city center of Amsterdam. Fashion rental – and so our company – is booming. You eat, breathe and live our fashion lovers community and fashion rental. You are the voice of the community within our company and will do everything to keep them happy and loyal community members. You take care of lender onboarding, community care, our fun fit & rent sessions and other community events and community research.

Some of the things you are responsible for:

Community management: as the voice of the customer you take care of customer service, the onboarding of new lenders, linking our community and creating the perfect match. You communicate with them through every channel

Community events: you bring our community to life by organizing our fit&rent sessions and over community events

Supporting your team members: together with our social media and business interns, and our growth marketeer, you will see how you can use the community feedback and other insights to help grow CC.

Hard skills:

• Fluent in Dutch and English in both speaking and writing
• Familiar with Zendesk/Gorgias, or a fast learner
• Preferrably familiar with Photoshop, Lightroom of Adobe Première Pro, or a fast learner
• Preferrably familiar with e-commerce tools such as Shopify, or a fast learner
