Regional Estates Surveyor

We’re looking for an experienced Estates Surveyor to support our North East division (around 150 sites) here at {my}dentist. We have a well-planned yet ambitious growth strategy that will require you to,

• Manage a portfolio of properties across our North East region
• Focus on merge and relocation of older practices to predominantly high-profile retail sites with around 6 new projects expected this year.
• Manage senior stakeholders autonomously, with exposure to wider teams across the business.
• Present business cases to board level with the opportunity to influence senior decision making

As our Estates Surveyor, your role will include:

• Advising the business in a professional capacity on such matters including lease renewal assignments, budget management, negotiations, valuations, health and safety, and legal aspects of property occupation covering an existing regional portfolio of practices.
• Instructing and coordinating the efforts of team members and third parties in the region in order to deliver the objectives according to plan
• The ideal candidate would be MRICS or working towards chartered status with a commercial, real estate, or development focus.
