We are looking for an enthusiastic CO Communications Intern (5-6 months) ready to take on communication efforts in our Customer Care team in Amsterdam. You will focus on the creation & testing of quality content for our chatbot self-service tool and support other customer satisfaction tasks throughout Customer Service. You will also be responsible for the creation and coordination of our weekly internal newsletter. Excellent writing and editing skills in English are a must. It’s helpful if you know a second language too, but not required for the position.

This internship is for you if:

  • You have excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • You have good knowledge of Google applications (G suite)
  • You are enrolled throughout the entire duration of the internship in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree (not a postgraduate)
  • You are available to work full-time for at least 5 months
  • You have great attention to detail and enjoy seeing your work used in a global setting
  • You love travelling and want to help others who love to travel too!
  • You are organized, self-disciplined, able to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • You are a genuine team player who is not afraid of being professionally challenged
