Practice Manager

We are looking for a full-time manager to join our brand new Advanced Oral Health Centre in Bridgwater - Opening May 23

• This is a very exciting time to join the business and be a part of the opening of this brand-new 7-surgery, fully digital, and specialist dental practice
• The practice will offer a mix of NHS and Private treatments with huge potential to drive private revenue even further
• Located on the main road into Bridgwater, close to the M5 and local transport routes as well as onsite parking

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets

• Managing a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and managing the performance of self-employed clinicians

• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

• Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
